★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was being led on and lied to for a job: tests, two interviews, another interview, changed the timing of the interview and finally the CSR manager simply did not turn up without any excuse and had an unprepared PA take the interview, who was not even aware of the content of the job. Afterwards, the recruiter pretended to my agency that the interview simply had taken place and that "there wasn't a match with the manager". Subsequently, they "cancelled" the search and disolved the open job (in the meantime, they got a temp). Absolute shameful conduct - CSR consists only of greenwashing. Disgrace. Stay away.
