Festival à dimension humaine, familial et dans un cadre unique. Le staff est très dévoué même si tout n'est pas toujours optimal (gestion du parking). Au final une expérience superbe pour petit et grand.

Le meilleur festival pour nos enfants

Un festival familial, convivial, créatif et écolo. De tout petit à très très grands (il n'y a pas de vieux à Lasemo) tout le monde y trouve son compte entre spectacles, animations, concerts, marchés des créateurs et producteurs, camping festif ou familial, les jeux et ateliers pour les enfants, les foodtrucks aux 1000 saveurs et le tout dans un cadre superbe et très vert. Et l'affiche musicale est alléchante. Bref Lasemo c'est topissime.

DO NOT GO THERE, scandalous shameful organisation! We have ordered a night of camping but have been refused entry to the parc because supposedly you are only allowed to enter with a day pass. Not only was that information to be found absolutely nowhere, but in addition to that were the people handling our situation not understanding at all with regards to our problem. I would also like to add that, at first, the organisation of the festival told us the payment was refused - we were informed of that by email -, and not once did they think it necessary to call us and inform us of the fact that the payment was, in fact, arrived. There we were, having paid more than 60 euros for a place we were not even allowed to enter. After having called several times we were told that no solution was to be found and that only a potential reimbursement was possible (but, of course, to add to the bad overall organisation, we were asked to send them an email after the festival was over in the hope of getting our money back - which we are not too hopeful about given all the trouble we have been through already and the absence of solution we managed to find). We spent a whole morning trying to solve that problem and the only result we obtained was an employee of the festival judging us over the phone with his colleagues.
