★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complètement incompétents j'habite au parc Jean Monnet au pavillon 2 et notre syndic est malheureusement Lambimo qui est tenu par un mr Legrand totalement faux comme personne invantant des lois qui lui conviennent etc....
Completely incompetent I live in the Jean Monnet park in pavilion 2 and our trustee is unfortunately Lambimo who is held by a mr Legrand totally false as a person invoking laws which suit him etc ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze syndicus nooit nemen, bij ons in het gebouw wil de meerderheid veranderen, maar ze geven de boekhouding en documenten niet door aan de nieuwe syndicus. Facturen zijn zeer hoog en kunnen ook geen verklaring geven. Ik wil jullie gewoon helpen indien jullie aangesloten zijn bij deze syndicus je hebt maar 50 procent + 1 van de stemmen nodig om te veranderen. Ze doen het zeer slecht. Ze zijn zelfs geen ster waard. Spijtig genoeg kan ik niets posten en ben ik genoodzaakt om 1 ster te geven. AUB voor jullie eigen bestwil VERANDER!!!
Never take this syndic, in our building the majority wants to change, but they do not pass on the accounts and documents to the new syndic. Invoices are very high and cannot provide an explanation either. I just want to help you if you are affiliated with this syndic you only need 50 percent + 1 of the votes to change. They are doing very badly. They don't even deserve a star. Unfortunately I can't post anything and have to give 1 star. PLEASE CHANGE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!
