In het verleden hebben we een aantal slechte ervaringen gekend met andere firma’s, wat maakt dat we een beetje achterdochtig geworden zijn om ons huis toe te vertrouwen aan onbekenden. Gelukkig bleek dit ditmaal ongegrond. In eerste instantie heeft hun website en daarna de gedetailleerde offerte ons doen beslissen om ze een kans te geven. En of ze die kans gegrepen hebben. De medewerkers zijn echte vakmensen, heel vriendelijk en begaan. De werf werd netjes afgeplakt en dagelijks opgeruimd. De afwerking gebeurde tot in de puntjes en achteraf waren ze ook van hun woord om een kleine vergetelheid te komen bijwerken. Dus niet twijfelen, zeker een aanrader ... Une personne de la firme s'est présentée à mon domicile jeudi passé pour prendre les mesures et me promettant le devis pour lundi au plus tard. N'ayant rien reçu mardi midi j'ai renvoyé un mail mardi midi. N'habitant pas loin de la personne qui était venue prendre les mesures, je me suis rendu au domicile ou mon épouse et moi ont été reçu d'une façon limite impolie et lorsque je lui ai demandé de téléphoner à la personne qui fait les devis, elle ne nous a plus répondu. En résumé cette firme est à éviter pour deux raisons: le non respect de la parole donnée et le manque de respect vis-à-vis des clients. Afspraken maken liep soepel, offerte vlot verkregen die dan zonder opmerkingen aanvaard werd door de verzekering (waterschade). Omdat het een vergaderlokaal betrof konden de mensen van Lahey de herstelwerken van eerdere waterschade ongestoord uitvoeren. Ik heb hen in volle vertrouwen de sleutel gegeven die ze na afloop terugbrachten. Bij nazicht van het lokaal achteraf kan ik zeggen dat alles pico-bello in orde was, alles weer op zijn plaats en perfect opgeruimd. Er werd een nieuwe vloer gelegd. Onze binnendeuren werden afgeschuurd en geschilderd. Wij zijn super tevreden over het afgeleverde werk. Een zeer mooi eindresultaat met oog voor detail afgewerkt. KNAP! We have had our staircase renovated and our interior doors painted by the company Lahey. Our outdated walls were treated and painted. A new floor was laid.
