★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire expérience de ma vie, incompétence totale de la part de Mme Daw.. il n'y a que l'intérêt de leurs clients (propriétaire) qui compte. L'agence ne respecte pas le bail et méfier des rajouts à la main dans le bail car ils ne les respecte pas non plus. Vous font signé un bail avec pleins de belles paroles une fois que vous avez signé vous êtes pris en otage et subissez les caprices des propriétaires dont l'agence vous dira bien évidemment qu'elle n'était pas au courant. Bonne tactique de se cacher derrière les propriétaires étant donné que vous vous adresser à l'agence et pas au propriétaire, l'agence peux vous raconter tout et n'importe quoi en se cachant toujours derrières les propriétaires.
Souriante et donnant l'image d'être professionnel, une fois le bail signé le ton change. Jamais vu plus incompétent de ma vie et pourtant des locations j'en ai connu. Je déconseille fortement !!!!
Worse experience of my life, total incompetence on the part of Mrs. Daw .. it is only the interest of their customers (owner) that counts. The agency does not respect the lease and wary additions by hand in the lease because they do not respect them either. You have signed a lease with lots of nice words once you signed you are taken hostage and suffer the whims of the owners whose agency you will obviously say she was not aware. Good tactic to hide behind the owners as you go to the agency and not the owner, the agency can tell you anything and everything by always hiding behind the owners.
Smiling and giving the image of being professional, once the lease signed the tone changes. Never seen more incompetent in my life and yet some rentals I've experienced. I strongly advise against !!!!
