★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful staff they help toy and suggest the best prints for your photos. And if the quality of your digital photo is good enough for size you want to print. We had already managed the photo sizes before so ot was really quick. They even have photo frames to buy, but that's quite expensive I would say, buying the frames from ikea can be a lot cheaper.

Great quality, Super scans and prints. Processes digital, 35mm, medium format, etc.
I have no deadlines so always propose to take the needed time. This leaves time to process more urgent orders. I hope that if all people would do that, when i realy need an urgent order, it will get processed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to @laboriver in the center of #Brussels to bring in the film rolls for development. The lady recognized me and I appreciated the fact that she tried her best to remember my family name by heart and process the rolls as fast as possible in one hour. It's the perfect waiting time to have a stroll in the neighborhood or have a coffee somewhere. When I went back to pick up the rolls, they would always say "merci, Monsieur X". Maybe it's the French way, but it certainly makes the clients feel valued. Of course these are simply nice extras. Most importantly, they do their job well. I think I might have developed about 100 rolls there. They didn't disappoint. And the price is quite customer friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost my scanned film. And there is a really unfriendly staff. Since there are no other film labs close by, I've used this place twice. But both times were disappointing. The price is expensive. I don't want to use this place again.
