Alles wat we bestellen ziet er ook goed uit behalve de speelgoedbanken, hobbelpaarden en stoeltjes. Daar is altijd veel schade aan. Af en toe lastig door het tijdverlies maar het wordt wel steeds netjes vervangen.
Het enige waar wij problemen mee ervaren dat er nooit op mails gereageerd wordt. Al de zoveelste keer dat ik wacht op onbeantwoorde mails. Bellen is het enige wat dan helpt. Maar helaas zelfs nu na meerdere mails en telefonisch contact wacht ik nog steeds op de ontbrekende schroeven.
Communicatie en opvolging is heel zeker een werkpunt.

Everything we order also looks good except for the toy benches, rocking horses and chairs. There is always a lot of damage. Occasionally difficult due to the loss of time, but it is always neatly replaced.
The only thing we experience problems with is that emails are never answered. Already the umpteenth time waiting for unanswered emails. Calling is the only thing that helps. But unfortunately even now after several emails and telephone contact I am still waiting for the missing screws.
Communication and follow-up is certainly an area of ββwork.
