When my husband tried to pay by contactless card, the manager tried to grab the card out of his hand; my husband politely demurred (basic covid etiquette) and the guy went crazy. He threw the payment machine, and then disappeared while we waited to try to pay. Finally we started to leave, thinking he didn't want our money, and he came chasing after us and violently grabbed my husband's arm. This guy belongs in prison, not managing a bar.
Even if you're lucky enough not to find yourself face to face with this monster, it's still not worth stopping here: they had to cancel half of our food order because of a lack of staff to prepare the food. (How hard is it to make just one more croque-monsieur?)
If you're standing in front of this place wondering if it's good for a drink and a snack, move on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stop by when biking next to the canal. Friendly and professional staff. I had a burger there and it was actually one of the best I have had in years! Good selection of beers as well, but don't drink too much if you still have to bike next to the canal ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food. The servings were tasteful and well presented. There are not that many items on the menu and dishes are more on the sophisticated side but this can help you discover some new tastes. A personal favorite.
