Finalement l agent qui m a accuilli me prend en rdv. Je lui expose mon projet et mon budget 300k hors frais de notaire), il me répond : »on a rien, vous connaissez immoweb ?! » puis me propose un bien neuf de 105m2 alors que je venais de lui dire que je cherche 130m2 minimum… je demande comment ça fonctionne pour les nouvelles constructions avec la tva ? Il ne me répond pas… me dit que ça rentre dans mon budget. Puis fin… expédié en 3min montre en main… Just entering the agency, a first agent asks if his colleague can see me.
