★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs! The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The staff is rude and screams at you, while you are being polite and try to explain your situation in a calm manner. Never coming back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman was really unpleasant. when she saw me, she start yelling that my package is too big and she won't take. she even didn't look. thus I went to other UPS collect point and they accepted and didn't say anything. It means she was just lazy to work!!! When I came she was talking with other woman thus probably I disturbed her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER AGAIN. This is the worst UPS shipping experience I ever had. Unfriendly and totally unprofessional handling of the parcel receipt with the outcome that after 8 days the shipment has not arrived yet (receipt indication 3 days COB).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the place as a pick up point for packages a few times and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The people working there are always very rude and impolite. On top of that the service is a joke - every time I have to wait at least 15 minutes (once almost half an hour) for them to find the package as they seem to never know where anything is. Last time I was actually sent back after the owner just shouted at me to come later because he couldn’t find the package (which was somehow my fault)... Even though the place is my closest pick up point I don’t think I’ll be going there again because it’s always such an unpleasant experience...

man serves people who are standing in line behind me, and when I ask if this is normal, he refuses to accept my UPS package and laughs in my face. I have never been treated like this, I will never go back there - I only came to drop off package and person behind me was taking newspapers and lotto. I hope people will support more nicer places where client is respected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to read reviews before going to this place. The manager just started yelling something in French when I asked polite if I could send the package through their outlet, as indicated on the Mondial Relay website.
I think they just don't have the right to work with people. and the best punishment would be for them to bypass their store!!!
Now quarantine and many small business owners are forced to close, this is a pity for people who live by their own business. but these people really need to shut down.
