Cependant, j’ai été profondément déçue par l’attitude du gérant face à un vieil homme qui n’avait pas bien compris le fonctionnement de la file. Après avoir commandé une grande quantité de fromages et avoir réglé sa note, pensant qu’il faille refaire une seconde file pour le jambon, il s’est ensuite posté devant le comptoir du fond du magasin avec la charcuterie. Le gérant lui demande ce qu’il fait et, d’un air méprisant, lui dit d’aller refaire la file entière (de près d’un quart d’heure) car le comptoir jambon n’a pas de file à part entière. J’ai trouvé la réaction du gérant tristement humiliante face à un client de bonne volonté. Without a doubt, this cheese dairy stands out from the crowd with its offer. After ordering a large quantity of cheeses and paying his bill, thinking that a second line for the ham should be redone, he then stood in front of the counter at the back of the store with the delicatessen. The manager asked him what he was doing and, contemptuously, told him to go back to the whole line (almost a quarter of an hour) because the ham counter did not have a full line . I found the manager's reaction sadly humiliating to a goodwill client.
D	Dylan Detraax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rien à redire, je vais tous les mois acheter mon fromage là-bas et je n'ai jamais été déçu, ni de la qualité des produits, ni de la gentillesse du personnel. Le patron est passionné et ça se voit dès la première venue à la fromagerie. Je ne peux que le recommander à tout le monde, même s'il faut faire de la route, vous ne serez absolument pas déçu de ce que vous allez acheter. Nothing to complain about, I go every month to buy my cheese there and I have never been disappointed, neither with the quality of the products, nor with the kindness of the staff. The boss is passionate and it shows from the first visit to the cheese factory. I can only recommend it to everyone, even if it takes the road, you absolutely won't be disappointed with what you are going to buy.

Donc si vous voulez faire une commande vrac pour le 24/12 ... Allez Ailleurs et j’ai mis une étoile en appréciation car 0 n’etait Pas possible. Consommez local avez vous dit et en plus il faut un Acompte , inimaginable pour une Maison de cette soit disant Réputation ( Usurpée ) Very disappointed this 12/16/2021 after a phone call I was told that it was imperative to go there to place an order and put a deposit for the 24th current, I did so and on site wanting to make a bulk order. said to me in a very disagreeable way ... but Madame it is only for the filled platters.
