★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had flat tire on my electric bike and several bike services didn't want to repair this particular older, and apparently more time-consuming model. Not only did Maison du Vélo repair the punctured tire, but it was ready the next day (after first estimating several days). Very happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a few small things for my bicycle, some spare tubes, a pump and a helmet. Was a very nice shop, the currently low rating on google was very surprising. Good relaxed atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, and, most importantly, they had everything I needed.

I went to ask for a service, just to change a tire, with the wheel in my hand, 15 minutes work as much, and they refused to do it because the bike was not sold by them. I insisted that I would pay for the service or book an appointment but they declined. I’ve never seen such policy, you Can spend money in the shop for parts, outfit, etc but please, don’t demand any service. Don’t seem to be a fair policy. So, this is the last shop I would think for any purchase. Good luck

Patient and welcoming to a couple of beginners like us, knowledgeable and quick to offer insightful advice. They have a passion for bicycles that they are happy to share. Easily one of the best and most relaxed experiences in Brussels.
