Today was my second time in that shop, but my family and I had the most terrible and unpleasant experience with the cashier/store employee. She was very condescending and racist. I’ll no longer visit the shop when I come to Bruges to spend my holidays. Even though I like the products, they are not worth the humiliation we were faced with, because of our skin colour.
