Foie gras with porcini mushrooms: poor consistency, lack of flavor. Nothing to do with a French artisanal product. By cons price level, there is no problem, they are much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On vient de manger un foie gras d oie de votre maison très bon goût, mais désolé plein de vaisseaux sanguin dans le foie, vraiment pas appétissant. Vraiment à corriger. La Belgique peux faire des produit meilleur que ces pretancieux de français, un gros effort à faire.
We just ate a goose foie gras from your house that tastes great, but sorry, full of blood vessels in the liver, really not appetizing. Really to correct. Belgium can make better product than these pretancieux of French, a big effort to make.
