23/01/2019 I have no other choice but to reply to you using this forum, as you are clearly avoiding to contact me directly (by phone or email). Unfortunatelly your colleague was not able to solve anything just because she didnt have any authority. She just brought part of the order that it was mistakenly missing. She just re assured me that the owner would contact me - while I am still waiting 10 days after. So I have to disagree that your client service is good. The main problem is not offering one service or the other but to be clear with the client since the beginning of what is included in the price or not. Apart from the fact we never received any formal document, just the invoice with no terms and conditions , It was never mentioned that the furniture would need to be assembly by us or delivered at the ground floor. I dont want to believe that this was intentional or done in bad faith, but it is true. You admit that there was miscommunication, as per you reply. if you really try to offer a pleasant experience to your clients as you say, this is the opportunity to demonstrate it. Assume the responsibility of your mistake and make an exception in order to give a solution. We already brought them up ourselves but I still have 19 packages for which I dont have any instructions, in my living room. Bear the cost of few euros for an order of several thousands of euro, is more that justifiable.Worst client service ever. After wrong decoration advise on what we should be choosing for our house (recommended shelves too big for our room, lamps too small for our living room), the didn't inform us at all of conditions of the delivery and assembling, with the result that we have to do everything ourselves. After our complaint, verbal and written the owner still has not contacted us to at least apologise and provide us with a solution. Only interested in money. A company definitely to avoid, unless you like unpleasant surprises and a lot manual work.

Very nice and attentive personnel. The right balance between attentive and giving space. They have a wide range of home interior categories, but all curated to a specific modern style. The selection of items is very cohesive and looks real nice. But if it doesn't fit your style, you won't find anything else that might please you...but I love it! Haha

Kelly and the team helped me furnish my house from A to Z. They are fantastic. They really listen, take into account the clients’s style and wishes while always putting their own stamp. Very responsive afterwards too, for example with tips on how to remove stains from the white wool carpet I ordered! Great service, nice people, impeccable taste . What more could you want?

Best design shop in Brussels by miles. So much inspiration, so many beautiful objects, with something for every budget. One of my favourite places... Just wish I had a bigger flat so I had an excuse to buy more of their curated furniture collection ?

Kelly and her team are true professionals. They understood our style and offered beautiful solutions for our apartment without being pushy at all. We have enjoyed watching the transformation of our living space through their recommendations. La Fabrika is one of my favorite stores! The ultimate destination for all things home. I have been a regular customer right from the start and always been very satisfied. Kelly and her team provide top notch service and always give me personalised design advice to find exactly what I need. They have a gorgeous selection of furniture & deco items with loads of inspiration, personal styling and a unique vision on interior design. This place is a Brussels institution!

La Fabrika has really flourished in their bigger store and there is a treasure trove of nordic style items worthy of any selfrespecting CPH apartment. There is perhaps fewer larger furniture items (beds, dining tables etc), though there always one or two on display. What is particularly nice is that you will find the odd unusual items included in the curated collection and this is a perfect spot for gift shopping (or for spoiling yourself). Staff are multilingual, professional and sweet.
