Très mauvais service au client. Chemise abîmée suite au nettoyage à sec, la personne que nous avons eue au téléphone estime qu'une chemise à 90€ ne vaut pas la peine d'un dédomagement. Très peu commercial! La prochaine fois, nous irons ailleurs.
There is no way not to put a star at all, otherwise it's the odds I would put.
Very bad service to the customer. Damaged shirt after the dry cleaning, the person we had on the phone believes that a shirt at 90 € is not worth the compensation. Very little commercial! Next time we will go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai confié le nettoyage des rideaux Pierre Frey en soie; ils sont revenus sales et décoloré. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails de réclamations photos à l'appui, je n'ai jamais reçu la moindre réponse, ni la moindre proposition de réparation ! Service lamentable et travail déplorable !
I entrusted the cleaning of Pierre Frey silk curtains; they came back dirty and discolored. I sent several emails with photo claims in support, I never received the slightest response, nor the slightest repair proposal! Terrible service and deplorable work!
