★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small bakery making great bread. Moreover, chapeau for their bretzels, even better than those i had across Germany and Austria. Plus, they have kouign-amann, quite rare in Bruxelles ! I'll try out other pastries for sure, following my acquaintances suggestions ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, perhaps little bit more apple and cinnamon in escargot and also little bit more nuts in pain chocola noisette but it was very good , pain chocolat also nice baked because in some boulangerie the pain au chocolat is very soft but this one was very very good !
