Nous avons acheté pour la 1ère fois un (modeste) diament le 30 décembre dernier. Profitant sans doute de la trêve des confiseurs, nous avons bénéficié de l'attention des sympathiques propriétaires durant plus de 2 heures : conseils et échanges divers. Y compris visite chez le sertisseur indien ! Nous sommes reparti conquis, avec un beau diamant et ces petits détails en tête : c'est ENVIRON 40% MOINS CHER QU'A LILLE, probablement plus professionnel (grossiste, distributeur et acheteur à la bourse aux diamants d'Anvers), avec bien sûr un certificat d'authenticité ainsi que la connaissance de diverses techniques permettant à certains diamantaires moyennement honnêtes de fourguer aux acheteurs ignares un diamant de qualité moindre (ou à prix excessif si vous préférez). Bref, une bonne expérience et ... un résultat magnifique :)

I went with fiancée to choose a Diamond for her ring and I was really impressed with the professionalism and attention to the customer. My fiancée and I wanted to buy our Diamond engagement ring in Antwerp and after researching about where to buy, the 5* reviews caught our eye and we decided to make a booking with L’Odyssee. Itzik and his wife Lora are surely the most kind and beautiful people I’ve met in Europe! Lora (incredible woman) explained everything to us from the very beginning, answering questions before we even had thought of them, spending time with us (hours actually) to go through one by one exactly what we were looking for, working with our budget and patiently advising us in every step of the way. The prices are far below what you could ever pay anywhere else on the market and the quality of the diamonds exceeds regular retail shops. We never felt rushed or pressured in anyway and received we knew a highly professional opinion 100% of the time. From the hours spend looking at diamonds and choosing, to going with Itzik to watch the Diamond being placed in the ring, there was nothing but sincerity and no reason to question the integrity with the certificates and laser inscriptions. Lora and her husband made you feel calm and trusted at all times. I have never had such an incredible experience like this before. The ring in the end was ABSOLUTELY EXACTLY what I wanted and fitted the budget. It was so personal, so memorable. The diamond that we hand picked we know every detail of it and the ring has never been previously tried by other customers in a regular retail store, these small things make the finished product so much more precious and valuable to us. I don’t know why everyone wouldn’t want to choose their rings like this??? We know where we will come when we need anything in the future related to jewelry. We walked in as customers, but walking out we felt like friends.
