Toen ik belde, hebben ze beloofd om de volgende dag tussen 7 en 8 uur te komen.
Het was iets na 8 uur en ik belde opnieuw. Een man nam op, hij was erg arogant en zei dat ik geduld moest hebben. Hij zei ook dat als ik niet tevreden ben, dat hij de container kan annuleren. Maar dat was niet de bedoeling. Ik had al plannen voor het komend weekend want er moest veel gedaan worden. Het was nemen of laten en veel geduld hebben. Zij kwamen uiteindelijk en de vrachtwagen chauffeur was super vriendelijk in tegenstelling tot die man aan de lijn. Zeker niet aan te raden!
They did not show up for the first appointment.
When I called they promised to come between 7am and 8am the next day.
It was a little past 8 and I called again. One man answered, he was very arogant and told me to be patient. He also said if I'm not satisfied he can cancel the container. But that was not the intention. I already had plans for the coming weekend because there was a lot to be done. It was take or leave and have a lot of patience. They eventually came and the truck driver was super friendly unlike the guy on the line. Definitely not recommended!
