★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelder loopt onder water bij regenval, temperatuur water zwembad is te koud voor kinderen om goed te kunnen zwemmen, schimmel op matrassen, bedden die stuk zijn en terug gebricoleerd in elkaar zijn gezet, properheid is er ook niet, overal spinnenwebben te vinden ondanks dat er zogezegd gekuist is, etensresten in de zetels van vorige bewoningen, enz... kortom de één ster is nog teveel hiervoor.
De reactie bij de conciërge omtrent het onderlopen van de kelder was zo van "we hebben hier 1m50 gehad, dit is toch niet zo erg".
Basement floods when it rains, pool water temperature is too cold for children to swim well, mold on mattresses, beds that are broken and put back together with briquettes, cleanliness is also not there, cobwebs can be found everywhere despite the fact that purportedly cleaned, leftover food in the seats of previous residences, etc... in short, the one star is still too much for this.
The reaction of the caretaker about the basement being flooded was like "we have had 1m50 here, this is not so bad".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great for a large group of young kids. Swimming pool is large and next to the main living/dining room so you can keep an eye on the kids.
Amenities are present. Everything is ok, but don't expect a nice looking house or insides. All is present and functional.
