★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Коли побачила цю споруду, то не одразу зрозуміла, що це. Мені було цікаво. З власних досліджень: ця дуга є на п'ятдесятій (+/-) паралелі! Мабуть є символікою.
 When I saw this building, I did not immediately understand what it was. I was interested. From my own research: this arc is on the fiftieth (+/-) parallel! Apparently it is a symbol.
