★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 gangen - 3 ingrediënten. De chef bedenkt hoe hij het hoofdingrediënt op zijn best brengt en heeft daarvoor, behalve zichzelf, niet veel nodig.
De setting: een strak kader, de gezelligheid vul je zelf in. De sappen: uitdaging verzekerd. De wijnen: vanuit een passie in Duitse wijnen, meer puur en zuiver volgens de gastvrouw. De gerechten: eenvoud die soms écht verrast!
13 courses - 3 ingredients. The chef thinks about how to bring the main ingredient to its best and does not need much to do this, other than himself.
The setting: a tight framework, you can fill in the cosiness yourself. The juices: challenge assured. The wines: from a passion in German wines, more pure and pure according to the hostess. The dishes: simplicity that sometimes really surprises!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uniek restaurant. De gerechten zijn heel precies gecomponeerd, de wijnen zijn perfecte begeleiders, de ontvangst is oprecht hartelijk en niet gemaakt vriendelijk. L' air des Sens is een ervaring die men niet snel vergeet. Bij ons 2de bezoek met een tussenpoos van 3 maanden bleek inderdaad dat we niet veel vergeten waren : we herinnerden ons verscheidene gerechten van het vorige diner. Het verrassingseffect was weg maar het werd wel weer helemaal een "feel good" avond : we voelden ons echte geluksvogels.
Unique restaurant. The dishes are composed very precisely, the wines are the perfect accompaniments, the welcome is genuinely warm and not exactly friendly. L'air des Sens is an experience that one will not soon forget. On our 2nd visit, 3 months apart, it turned out that we hadn't forgotten much : we remembered several dishes from the previous dinner. The surprise effect was gone, but it turned out to be a "feel good" evening again: we felt really lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the restaurant. Lots of vegetables, all fresh. Meat and fish were also really good but don't come here if you want loads of it.
Vegetarian option is almost same but without meat or fish (a bit disappointed for that)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An epic food journey, every dish had ingredients from the garden, the chef has an excellent feeling for textures and taste pairing. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the wines (mostly a German selection, and surprisingly good), my wife had the custom non alcoholic cocktails, all where exquisite combinations with the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a special experience in a special setting... food and wine were excellent. Some remarks include a bit stingy on the wine and champagne. Lobster was not enough done for my personal taste. Overall good experience.
