Zeer slechte ervaring. Plaatsing van keuken de trekt op niets, werkblad na 5 jaar gebarsten. Kvik beschuldigd de leverancier van het werkblad en de leverancier van het werkblad beschuldigd kvik ?. En dan nog te zwijgen over de klantvriendelijkheid van de verkoopster. Kortom blijf er weg...
Very bad experience. Kitchen placement is unsuccessful, worktop cracked after 5 years. Kvik accused the supplier of the countertop and the supplier of the countertop accused kvik ?. And not to mention the customer-friendliness of the saleswoman. In short stay away ...

J ai commande 2 cuisines chez ce fournisseur . Service apres vente nul et archi nul . Une taque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas et devant leur mauvaise volonte j ai du faire intervenir un sos depannage pour satisfaire mon locataire. Kvik est parfait mais pas ce magasin la . Heureusement il y en a d autres !
I ordered 2 kitchens from this supplier. Zero after sales service and zero archi. A hob did not work and in front of their ill will I had to call in a sos breakdown service to satisfy my tenant. Kvik is perfect, but not this store. Fortunately there are others!

Cuisine superbe mais service après-vente déplorable. Une planche se décollait dans le coin et je leur ai demandé de venir réparer. Ils m'ont répondu que la planche décolle à cause d'un porte-serviette que j'avais apposer. Marrant qu'elle se décolle après 1 an d'utilisation. Surtout qu'il s'agit d'un porte-serviette hyper léger qui se colle au paroi. Kvik vante la robustesse de leur cuisine sur leur site internet mais ce sont des vendeurs de tapis. J'avais aussi envoyé un mail au country manager à propos de ce problème mais il n'y fait rien car ce n'est qu'une des 10000 cuisines qu'ils ont vendu! Assez déçu de cette expérience. J'espère que les futurs acquéreurs verront mon commentaire avant d'acheter chez eux.
Superb cuisine but deplorable after-sales service. A board was peeling off in the corner and I asked them to come and fix it. They told me that the board is taking off because of a towel holder that I had affixed. Funny that it comes off after 1 year of use. Especially since it is a super light towel bar that sticks to the wall. Kvik touts the robustness of their cuisine on their website, but they are carpet sellers. I had also sent an email to the country manager about this problem but it does nothing because it is only one of the 10,000 kitchens they have sold! Quite disappointed with this experience. I hope future buyers will see my review before buying from them.

Same experience 18 months ago: she discouraged us to buy a kitchten at Kvik, mentionning that without measures with a 1cm preciseness, nothing is possible. Goodbye and never come again, she almost said. Sadly, we went to Kvik Auderghem where we got welcome as customers, but the experience turned out a full nightmare on all steps of the process: invoice, advice, ergonomy, delivery and installation. So too bad we didn't listen to the awful seller in Zaventem, she was right saying buying at Kvik is not a good idea !!

Appalling service! I've been given 4 different delivery dates and my order is still nowhere to be found. The staff do not provide any information whatsoever either. Whenever there has been a delay they stay quiet, forcing me to call multiple times a day, only to be met by the same apology - "I just checked and your item has not arrived today, but it should be here tomorrow". Mistakes happen and deliveries get delayed, but you do not ignore a client until they complain, and once they do, you try to resolve the issue rather than pulling the "Maybe tomorrow" card. What a joke...
