 No advice, lady was totally annoyed, bought 2 types of tea, next time I prefer to go to a tea shop in Aachen, not recommended for me

I bought 2 boxes of teas; tea was missing in each box....I warned the after-sales service, they can't do anything, photos and tickets to support it....

what a delight, kusmi mmv : the best kusmi branch in belgium. This is mainly due to the professional employees. with a lot of 'love' they advise and have a listening ear for all your questions. a special place in mmv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschrikkelijk slechte thee die enkel met aromas werkt en niet met de effectieve kruiden en smaken in de mengeling te steken.
Veel te duur voor zo'n smaakloze en waardeloze thee.
Ingrediënten enkel in het frans, instructies enkel in het Duits, inhoud in frans en Engels.
Een enorme schande om dit thee te noemen
En ja het is wel degelijk jullie thee. Gekocht in de kusmi shop waarop ik de recensie schrijf.
Misschien daar eerst eens een doos uit de rekken nemen en zelf kijken!
Fijn dat jullie leveren aan mensen die geen respect hebben voor authenticiteit van echte kruiden. Fijn voor hun.
Makkelijk als ik niet op jullie kan reageren en enkel mijn reactie aanpassen.
Terribly bad tea that only works with aromas and not with the effective herbs and flavors in the mixture.
Way too expensive for such a tasteless and worthless tea.
Ingredients in French only, instructions in German only, content in French and English.
A huge shame to call this tea
And yes it is indeed your tea. Bought in the kusmi shop where I am writing the review.
Maybe take a box off the shelves there first and see for yourself!
Thank you for supplying to people who have no respect for the authenticity of real herbs. Good for them.

Beautiful and coloured assortment of teas

Poor service
As we would have liked to buy big boxes, we asked to tast before purchase
We were told there is not tasting while we see cups, tea and kettle which are ready on the table
Finally we bought less boxes than planned
It's not the spirit of vendors at Maasmechelen village, in the others shops the service is much more better
