★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toch gemengde gevoelens. Zeer goed brood. De croissants en pistolets zijn al een stuk minder. En een klein vegan taartje voor 5,70 Euro!
 Still mixed feelings. Very good bread. The croissants and rolls are already a lot less. And a small vegan cake for 5.70 Euro!

Zwijg ik nog van het stolleke. Belachelijk smaakvol. Top bediend ook en dus met stip genoteerd als "Hot in Gent". ...en of we terugkomen. Bedankt om dit te realiseren.
Bought sourdough rye bread this afternoon and tasted tête-à-tête an hour later. Bread transcending Kūlt bread! Worth more than every Euro cent.
I am still silent about the clotted. Ridiculously tasteful. Top service too and therefore noted as "Hot in Gent". ...and if we'll come back. Thank you for making this happen.

Also available in Knol&Kool with a nice soup a few streets further.
