Elle n'a pas été agreable avec moi et mes enfants pck mon enfants a pris un bonbon sans ke je ne l'ai vu elle ma dit a haute voix CA FAIT 0.50 CENT ...et répéter plusieur fois sur ce je dit ok je vais payer puis quant je me dirige vers la caisse elle dit encore a haute voix a une etudiante qui passait par la pour aller a la caisse. 0.50 CENT FAIT LUI PAYER 0.50 CENT PCK SON ENFANT A PRIS UN BONBON..a haute voix biensur pour que tt monde entendent. Et jai biensur été chez elle pour lui dire que son ton ne me plaisait pas et sue je suis une cliente elle a commencer par me faire des gestes avec ces mains du genre ferme la . Je ss attristé par l'image qu'elle m'a donner de votre enseigne KRUIDVAT MERCHTEM . jai encore la date exacte de ce jour et vous pourrez tres certainement le vérifier sur vos cameras . Il me semble que cette fille s'appel Kristel mais pas sur du nom. I share my experience with you on Kruidvat pcq I was very disappointed by a saleswoman of the kruidvat from Merchtem. It was not pleasant with me and my children pck my child took a candy without ke I never saw it she said it out loud CA DONE 0.50 CENT ... and repeat several times on this I said ok I go pay then when I go to the cash register she said aloud to a student who was passing by to go to the cash register. 0.50 HUNDRED PAID HIM 0.50 HUNDRED PCK HIS CHILD GOT A CANDY ... loudly of course so that everyone would hear. Ik heb mijn hondje altijd bij me in mijn armen, maar werd er deze keer (door de verantwoordelijke) op gewezen dat ze niet meer binnen mag wegens hygiënische redenen. Geen enkel probleem, maar aangezien ik geen sticker zag voor hondenverbod aan de ingang dacht ik dat het toegelaten was. Voor de rest vriendelijk personeel! Nice shop, but careful dogs are not allowed. I always have my dog with me in my arms, but this time it was pointed out (by the person in charge) that she is not allowed in anymore for hygienic reasons.
