Kruidvat appartenait jusqu'en 2002 au groupe Kruidvat Holding, ce groupe incluait également les enseignes ICI Paris XL, Trekpleister, Superdrug et Rossmann.
Super langes Kruidvat (pronounced “/ kʁødˈfat /”, lit. “barrel of spices” in Dutch) is a chain of Dutch-Belgian drugstores created in 1975 and belonging to the AS Watson group. Its head office for Belgium is located in Antwerp and for the Netherlands in Renswoude. The distribution center is located in the Dutch town of Heteren in Gelderland. The main Dutch competitors of Kruidvat are DA and Etos.
