En tout cas en tant que potentiel consultant, manifestement le groupe ne juge pas pertinent de respecter ses promesses. Je suis venu passer un entretien à Bruxelles après confirmation écrite de KRONOS d'une prise en charge du trajet. A mon grand regret je n'ai été remboursé que de 50% de la somme engagée et avancée par mes soins. A ce jour je n'ai plus aucunes nouvelles malgré mes nombreuses relances. J'ai réservé et payé les billets sur accord pour une somme de 422 euros (tarif de dernière minute). Si on m'avait indiqué ne prendre qu'une partie du billet en charge (ce qui a été réalisé), je me serais organisé autrement. En résumé, je trouve cela déplorable, pour une société qui base sa réputation de par son image et ses partenaires, de ne pas respecter ses potentiels candidats et futures recrues. Votre business dépend notamment de votre image sur le marché : je ne suis pas sur que manquer de respect aux candidats soit un pari gagnant sur le long terme. Vos potentiels candidats aujourd'hui seront peut-être vos clients demain. BE CAREFUL OF THE COSTS INCURRED AS A CANDIDATE. Unfortunately KRONOS GROUP does not keep its commitments. In any case, as a potential consultant, the group obviously does not consider it relevant to keep its promises. I came for an interview in Brussels after written confirmation from KRONOS that the trip would be covered. To my great regret, I was only reimbursed for 50% of the amount committed and advanced by me. To this day I have no more news despite my numerous reminders. I booked and paid for the tickets by agreement for a sum of 422 euros (last minute rate). If I had been told to take only part of the ticket (which was done), I would have organized myself differently. In summary, I find it deplorable, for a company which bases its reputation on its image and its partners, not to respect its potential candidates and future recruits. Your business depends in particular on your image on the market: I am not sure that disrespecting candidates is a winning bet in the long term. Your potential candidates today may be your clients tomorrow.
