Zeer teleurstellend en zelfs ergerlijk... The processing of the files takes forever, to re-request data that has already been passed on for some time, have to call or e-mail or attend meetings or not, do not reply to e-mails, certificates that expire because there is no further work, etc. Very disappointing and even annoying ...
A	Agnes thijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De notaris behandelt ons respectloos, hij beantwoordt onze e-mails niet, doet alsof we niet bestaan en het enige dat we vragen is dat hij ons dossier afhandelt. Echt waar, wij gaan ons tot de ombudsdienst richten en zorgen dat hij een blaam krijgt. Zo respectloos in die functie! The notary treats us disrespectfully, he doesn't answer our emails, pretends we don't exist and all we ask is that he handle our file. Really, we are going to address the ombudsman and make sure he gets blamed. So disrespectful in that position!

Over the years, the respective notaries have taken care of a lot of things for us and they have always been handled very correctly and quickly. The employees are also always friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied.

Bij een akte enkele jaren geleden blijkt nu dat notaris Triau zich vergist heeft waardoor ik 12.000eur meeneembaarheid heb mislopen, heeft mijn nieuwe notaris in Aarschot mij uitgelegd. Daarnaast is dit n erg DUUR notariaat. Zij rekenen allerlei extra kosten aan. Unprofessional & errors with financial consequences. A deed a few years ago now shows that notary Triau made a mistake, so that I missed 12,000 euros in portability, my new notary in Aarschot explained to me. In addition, this is a very EXPENSIVE notarial practice. They charge all kinds of extra costs.
