A	Amanda Cleary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a shop with good products and service. Sadly, since it expanded a couple of years ago, the service aspect has gone completely downhill. The salesmen are rude and appear to know nothing about what they are selling. Either avoid the chain entirely or go to another branch. The staff are much more helpful and polite at the Waterloo shop.
L	Luka Cukeric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing in English so everybody can understand; thus shop is SO UNORGANISED that it is tragic. To see if they have certain item, you must go to CASH REGISTER, which means waiting in line. Tgen, if tgey have it in warehouse, waiting more. If they have it on the shelf, you must go to pick it up yourself, and - back at the beginning of the line. The service really take their time - why should they be bothered when the pay must come? Suggestion - set up tge computer in the middle if the shop where tgey can check for info. Which any standard electronics shop in the world already has. Edit: giving extra star only because the guy on the cash register was extra polite.
P	PVC Family (PVC) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service depends a lot on who is serving you. obviously, they sell you what THEY want to sell to you. There are not selling what you need... more than often, waiting time is way too long.

Had a question about loudspeakers, the lady gave no real advice, answered the bare minimum and gave wrong information (saying 2 models were the same while they're not, not giving price info ... ). Just had the feeling that I was boring her since the first second. Maybe the fact is was end of week or that my Dutch was not fluent played a role. Not the first time that I find the staff here not very friendly. I came to buy and will end up buying online instead.

M	Michael Brognez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst shopping (attempt) experience to date. Employees are very kind and helpful but... Asking for help requires you to first take a ticket & wait till an employee is available to answer your question. The principle seems ok but since the same employees also have to care for the cashiers it takes ages before you get some help. I certainly do not recommend it if you have little time to spend in the shop.
D	David Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, poor service. Went to buy an item that was in their folder, but only the display model was left. Salesperson was unhappy that I didn't buy extra protection for an additional 12%, and then said that if it breaks it will take 4 weeks to repair.
