β β β β β Erg slecht gedaan. Ik kom hier niet meer yerug. Kapsel is totaal niet wat het moest zijn en m'n haar is kapot! Erg teleurstellend dit.
Very badly done. I won't come back here again. Haircut is not at all what it should be and my hair is broken! Very disappointing this.

β β β β β Slechtste ervaring bij een kapper ooit.
De tondeuse werd met grof geweld in mijn nek geduwd en dan nog bleven er plukken haar staan.
Daarnaast hebben ze het hele model zo ver opgeknipt dat ik nu rondloop met een βeiβ hoofd.
Buiten roken en dan knippen.
Stukken laten doen door stagiaires die niet wisten wat ze aan het doen waren.
Maar dan toch volledig moeten betalen.
Worst experience at a hairdresser ever.
The clippers were violently shoved into my neck and still strands of hair were left standing.
In addition, they have cut the entire model so far that I now walk around with an 'egg' head.
Smoking outside and then cutting.
Having pieces done by interns who didn't know what they were doing.
But still have to pay in full.

β β β β β Very bad service . I would not recommend going here. Unless you want an overpriced haircut that looks bad and that you waited too long for to get. I had to attend a wedding and she assured me it would not take more than half an hour eventually ended up waiting for 1hour and a half for a lousy haircut. This might be kreatos its fault for allowing poorly trained staff to run this place.

β β β β β Very bad service, worst experience ever. 3 minutes work for 25 euro and that was the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. Very impolite behaviour, rude staff, no manners , I mean it. After complaining about the haircut they started to get aggressive and shouted at the customers. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the staff. People, never go there.
