Reddende engels toen mijn dochter haar haren fout gekleurd waren (geel ipv blond) door een ander Kreatos team in de regio. Blij dat zij het terug toonbaar konden maken! I don't trust my hair to anyone else! Saving English when my daughter's hair was incorrectly colored (yellow instead of blond) by another Kreatos team in the region. Glad they were able to make it displayable again!
W	Why So Serious on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belachelijke wachttijden ( gemiddeld 2 uur) . Mensen die er 10 minuten zijn maar de werknemers kennen krijgen voorrang op mensen die er 2uur + zitten. Ridiculous waiting times (2 hours on average). People who are there for 10 minutes but know the employees are given priority over people who sit there for 2 hours +.

Maar op vrijdag en zaterdag kan je wel een afspraak maken, maar ben je ook vrij om gewoon binnen te komen wanneer het past. Super customer friendly sometimes a bit long wait but you have that with a case that works without agreements. But on Friday and Saturday you can make an appointment, but you are also free to just come in when it fits.
N	Nick Breens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoals bij elke Kreatos staat klantvriendelijkheid hier bovenaan. Je wordt begroet en krijgt iets te drinken tijdens het wachten. Ook wordt er vrij correct ingeschat hoe lang het gaat duren. Die wachttijden zijn soms uitermate lang. Maar dat is logisch als je kwaliteit wil. Qua snits heb ik de eerste keer een slecht resultaat gekregen. Het was natuurlijk mooi en afgewerkt maar niet goed rekening gehouden met mijn 'weerborstels'. Na een week was m'n mooie snit dus al verpest. Bij Kreatos heb je 2 of zelfs 3 weken garantie, dus je kan terug komen. Daar heb ik zelf nog geen gebruik van gemaakt, ik had dus mijn snit perfect kunnen laten bijknippen. Conclusie: Bij elke Kreatos is de klant koning. In Aalst is dat zeker niet minder waar ! As with every Kreatos, customer-friendliness is paramount here. You will be greeted and given a drink while waiting. It is also fairly correctly estimated how long it will take. Those waiting times are sometimes extremely long. But that makes sense if you want quality. In terms of cuts, I got a bad result the first time. It was of course beautiful and finished, but my 'weather brushes' were not properly taken into account. So after a week my nice cut was already ruined. At Kreatos you have a 2 or even 3 week warranty, so you can come back. I have not yet used it myself, so I could have had my cut trimmed perfectly. Conclusion: With every Kreatos, the customer is king. That is certainly no less true in Aalst!

M	Masha Gorokhova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je toekomt en er is veel volk, kan je gewoon een afspraak maken! Wachttijden bepaal je zelf. Kapper zonder afspraak heeft altijd lange wachttijden. Ze doen wat ze moeten doen en mijn haar wordt prachtig verzorgd. If you arrive and there is a lot of people, you can just make an appointment! You determine waiting times yourself. Hairdresser without an appointment always has long waiting times. They do what they have to do and my hair is beautifully cared for.
