Er kan vanaf elk niveau getraind worden en de leercurve is vrij snel.
Dat het er vol sympathieke mensen rondloopt van alle leeftijden is een gevolg van de openheid van de organisatie.
EKMA Antwerp is a fantastic organization. No macho hassle, down to earth training completely adapted to reality.
You can train from any level and the learning curve is quite fast.
The fact that it is full of sympathetic people of all ages is a result of the openness of the organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down a very pragmatic and realistic way of training self defense. There is room for dicussion which is something extremely valuable and sadly hard to find. Learning how to think about self defense combined with practical no-nonsense simulations and training will get you ready. Luc, Nathalie and the people that train here, accomodate a very constructive atmosphere and provide a framework of realism to the way of training.
