Le personnel est très impoli mais à chaque fois impoli, impatient, arrogant, désastre ... parler au téléphone sans tenir compte de la présence des clients .. Je comprends que c'est peut-être une culture de leur pays d'origine mais ils ne savent pas que nous sommes en Belgique .. Si j'ai besoin d'aller à cet endroit, je pense toujours plusieurs fois et je cherche une raison pour ne pas y aller. Sachez que lorsque vous entrez, attendez-vous toujours à des inconvénients. Cependant je ne vous recommande pas cet endroit et si vous pouvez le contourner dans un large arc .. Actually I have been living in Bockstael for almost 6 years ... I come here often because they have computers, fax / phone and money transfer service ... Staff are very rude but every time rude, impatient, arrogant, disaster ... talking on the phone without considering the presence of customers .. I understand that maybe it is a culture of their country of origin but they don't know that we are in Belgium .. If I need to go to this place, I always think several times and look for a reason not to go. Be aware that when you enter always expect inconvenience. However I do not recommend this place to you and if you can get around it in a wide arch ..
