Ook het olijvenbrood en noten/rozijnenbrood worden hier met smaak verorberd. Best bakery in Leuven and its surroundings; delicious wheat bread with a fantastic crispy crust. The olive bread and nut/raisin bread are also enjoyed here.
W	Wouter Malcorps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al lekker zuurdesembrood gegeten van deze bakker. Ook goed dat ze streven naar duurzaamheid en dat ze lokale ingrediënten gebruiken om hun brood te maken. Een oude vriend van toen ik klein was werkt hier, wat ook wel leuk is. Ik ga zeker hier vaker brood kopen, want dan koop ik enerzijds lokaal en biologisch zuurdesembrood, en anderzijds koop ik het bij een bekende jeugdvriend! Gewoon geweldig! :) Have eaten delicious sourdough bread from this bakery. Also good that they are committed to sustainability and that they use local ingredients to make their bread. An old friend from when I was little works here, which is also nice. I will definitely buy bread here more often, because then I buy local and organic sourdough bread on the one hand, and on the other I buy it from a well-known childhood friend! Just awesome! :)

Option to have a bread subscription/abonnement to pickup bread whenever is convenient. Nice because it’s in Hal5 so you can also have a coffee, beer or meal while there.
K	Koen De Smet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars to these people who dare to defy modern low quality bread. They produce top quality bread , in this small , small location. But it is expensive. But that's due to Belgian tax on labour. So normal ,as this is labour intensive bread. It would also be nice if they would have a baguette in their offering. You can't call yourself a french dough bakery ,and not have baguettes in your offering. The big bread isn't easy to cut, but it is very tasty. We ate 3 days from it. The location was a bit hidden and difficult to find.
