I completely endorse the other 1* review here. Super unprofessional, delayed in answering and simply not caring. My partner and I used to work with an agent which apparently is no longer part of the Koosi team, to get an apartment which was presented in a super good light. After signing for this *fully furnished* apartment, I asked if IN THEORY it would be possible to take out the couch and the bed - I have specifically said “maybe in 2 months from now?”. The agent said they would ask the owner about this. They also said that we could move in around the date we deposit the guarantee. We did so about 14 days before the actual start date of our contract. Of course the owner did not agree to us accessing the apartment earlier, not even 2 days earlier - as the agent overpromised on behalf of the owner. That led to us losing money for the rented camionette and having to worry about where we would sleep for the next 1-2 nights. Wonderful start! Then the shock came on the day of eventually getting the keys (getting the keys was again a 2-step process, as the agent forgot the building entrance keys at their offices). We enter the apartment to find no bed and no couch in the *fully furnished* apartment! Clearly this guy went AGAIN ahead of himself and decided on our behalf, as if we asked for those items to be removed prior to our arrival - which we didn’t! It was during the pandemic -> we had to sleep on something that night -> we had to queue at IKEA -> we eventually got in -> only the most expensive articles were left in stock at IKEA -> we had to buy a couch we wouldn’t necessarily want/ afford, because the incompetent agent had made a decision on our behalf (even if it’s just miscommunication, teach your agents some proper English, for God’s sake!). Later on, we were told by the owner living outside of Belgium to keep in contact with him via the agency. Needless to say that Koosi declined this and slowly pushed the owner and us as tenants closer together, through their sheer indifference and lack of professionalism. Don’t even get me started with the exit process! Horrible experience. I would strongly advise you do not try to address to me or reply to my review (as you did with the previous reviewer - and by the way, how come you allow yourself to say that you do not recognize their name? Is this your way of receiving constructive feedback? It’s their name that matters to you and pinpointing them down, and not their experience???). I am not interested in any of your “politically correct” answers for Google, as when you had the chance to be fair counterparts and a professional agency, you have utterly failed. We have constantly reached out to you via your incompetent agent and received no proper support/ resolution/ guidance/ understanding. If you find my words too harsh, you might want to first and foremost remember you are working with people and you treated us like garbage during the pandemic, showing no interest, no professionalism and no empathy, in a field of business in which people count on you to be professional and reliable! It’s people’s comfort and safety and savings we’re talking about here! Everything we asked for was simply good communication and doing your part, in a timely manner. No extra favours, no nothing. Hence my 1* review: you have failed to provide a good service in your field of work. Let alone walking the extra mile - there can be no mention if that here. TL;DR: skip this real estate agency, they reek with unprofessionalism. Look for the bigger real estate agencies in Antwerp. I had very good experiences with Walls.

Extremely horrible experience. Never ever rent with them, they complain about the smallest problem (I.e everything needs to be spotless, clean is not enough) and try to pick problems that you are not responsible for and take away your deposit. Very unfriendly stuff, bad communication, no respect when scheduling visitor to view the apartment during corona time.

Koosi is truly professional and very helpful. The process of finding and visiting a place, and closing the rental agreement was incredibly quick and smooth. Ms. Van Deuren provides excellent guidance throughout the process and is always very kind and professional. Absolutely recommended!

They were always responding fast to all my emails and they helped me a lot. Such nice, kind and professional people! Was so happy that I chose Koosi to help me with my rent!

From the first contact through email, to the visits of potential apartments, to getting everything in order for me to move in, every step of the way Koosi delivered big time.
