Binnen gebracht voor herstelling. Veel sneller dan verwacht bericht terug. Toestel volledig hersteld en tegen de verwachtingen in, nog onder garantie. Puike, snelle en mooie persoonlijke service. Om nog maar te zwijgen van hun heerlijke koffie! Bought a coffee machine from De Draak two years ago. It could be, the device died a few weeks ago. Brought in for repair. Much faster than expected message back. Device fully repaired and against expectations, still under warranty. Great, fast and nice personal service. Not to mention their delicious coffee!

De kwaliteit van hun koffie is er eentje dat je nooit meer laat omkijken naar DE. Hun uitgebreide assortiment wordt bovendien vergezeld door medewerkers met karrenvrachten kennis en liefde voor koffie om je door de bomen nog steeds het bos te laten zien. Toen ik er afgelopen week een koffieapparaat wou bestellen dat niet in hun assortiment zat hebben ze heel wat moeite gedaan voor me om hem toch te kunnen bestellen. Van bestelling tot levering van het apparaat hebben ze me met hun fantastische klantenservice gedurende de hele tijd op de hoogte gehouden. Fantastische koffie met een fantastische service. Ich habe den Kaffee hier als Geschenk gekauft und denke, dass das Geschenk sehr gut angekommen ist. Die Eingangstür sieht irgendwie nicht so einladend aus und man denkt zuerst, dass es nur eine Lagerhalle ist. Aber einfach reingehen und dann ist in der oberen Etage der Shop. Nice service, very good advice. It was fun to shop here and time was taken to give me personal advice. I bought the coffee here as a gift and I think the gift was very well received. The front door doesn't look that inviting and you think at first that it's just a warehouse. But just go in and the shop is on the upper floor.
