Op mijn vraag over een mankement (buiten de garantietijd) kwam per direct een antwoord met een oplossing. Geïllustreerd met foto's en al. Na aanvullende informatie van mij kwam direct weer een mail terug met nog meer foto's. Hierdoor heb ik het mankement prima kunnen verhelpen en de opener werkt weer als een zonnetje. Nu, sinds de installatie van het kippendeurtje zijn mijn kippen veel geruster en kan er geen vos meer in het hok. Ook de naservice en klantgerichtheid zijn top! Supertevreden!
