★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce 29-9-21 j'ai apporté la Kia Stonic de mon amie au garage Kia de Nivelles Chaussuée de Namur 93, pour son premier entretien annuel. J'ai bien été accueilli par M. Tossins et son collègue. Le prix annoncé a été respecté. Merci à M Tossins qui a été à l'écoute de ma demande et pour le café qu'il m'a proposé. Une agréable salle d'attente est disponible tv, wifi etc.. Merci à vous M.Tossins et toute votre équipe.

This 29-9-21 I brought my friend's Kia Stonic to the Kia de Nivelles Chaussée de Namur 93 garage, for its first annual service. I was well received by Mr. Tossins and his colleague. The advertised price was respected. Thank you to Mr. Tossins who listened to my request and for the coffee he offered me. A pleasant waiting room is available tv, wifi etc. Thank you, Mr Tossins and all your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply dreadful service. Booked a test drive for a car. Turned up on time. (I had received an email and sms confirmation of the appointment.)
I was informed the car was not available and was told I should have rang to confirm the booking. He claimed it was sold the previous day. They had the car in Showroom but he did not want to move it, Completely Ridiculous. I was given the impression that I was disturbing the employee as he had better things to be doing.
