Ordered ACF-50, but unfortunately the packaging was damaged on arrival. KGL racing contacted and they immediately sent a new spray bottle. Great service!

Quatre jours plus tard le vendeur m'informe qu'ils n'ont pas l'article en stock et que le fabriquant ne le produit plus ! Il me propose un autre article en remplacement bien plus cher que celui commandé et sans aucun geste commercial. Les consommateurs n'ont pas à subir les conséquences d'une mauvaise gestion de stock. J'ai quand même mis deux étoiles car le remboursement s'est fait rapidement.
I had a bad experience with this seller, I ordered and paid for an item on their site. Four days later the seller informs me that they do not have the item in stock and that the manufacturer is no longer producing it! He offers me another replacement item much more expensive than the one ordered and without any commercial gesture. Consumers do not have to suffer the consequences of poor inventory management. I still put two stars because the refund was done quickly.

Very good service, called a few times and they answer all your questions very friendly. Also fast shipping. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Had entered wrong address but still ok. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional team. I ordered hepco&becker side and top cases for a Honda CB1100RS. The side cases were unfortunately not compatible with my new exhausts (the SC project Conico 70s leave no place for the sidecarrier lock it frame). KGL racing team offered directly a refund, though the exchange policy of H&B is quite strict (30 days max). I will for sure go back to KGL for future works. Highly recommended
