Équipe professionnelle et sérieuse. Belle finition, travail soigné. Nawel est réactive et donne de bons conseils. Adresse que je recommande. I called on the company Velgon to place a quartz countertop in my kitchen. They were able to adapt to the difficulties associated with the building. Professional and serious team. Nice finish, meticulous work. Nawel is responsive and gives good advice. Address that I recommend.

She also helped us a lot with her valuable suggestions. A true professional. During the Covid crisis, she was doing her best, always very responsive.

If you want options that are a bit out of the ordinary, it's more cumbersome. It's necessary to pay attention to the budget to check if everything is well specified. In my case, the deadline was not respected (almost a month late). The after-sales service leaves much to be desired, so I would give 3* Renovation work: horrible. I regretted having hired them. Poor planning, poor supervision, poor communication between the trader and the subcontracted company. Numerous obstacles, unjustifiable increase in the prices of works previously agreed and budgeted for. Dirty and badly finished work. I do not recommend at all. 1* I have addressed the correct company and definitely it has been a subcontracted company (Carlos) that has carried out the work, afterwards replaced by another subcontracted one. Sorry, clients also have right not to be happy with you
V	Vagelis Aidiniou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, low quality services, non exist after service. We bought our kitchen from Velgon. The installers were smoking inside our apartment, it took them 3 months to complete the installation and this was of a very poor quality. For a 30K kitchen you would expect attention to detail, but that is not the case with Velgon. We had to call miele to come and check some of the appliances that they were not working as expected. The dishwasher was not installed correctly and had to be reinstalled. The hood is smaller than it had to be. For the hood we had to tell to the technician what he needs to do since he didn't have any clue. We called them recently to come and fix some of the issues and they didn't even reply to our email. Stay away!

She took care of everything and made sure we were not disturbed in our work (home office due to Covid-19). The workers did an excellent job, in addition they were very friendly and even left the building site perfectly clean every day. We definitely recommend Velgon Cuisine!
