★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zijn niet bereikbaar, bellen of mailen niet terug. Al jaren tracht ik hen duidelijk te maken dat er een fout zit aan rolluik. Hebben nooit actie ondernomen. Uiteindelijk nu andere installateur laten komen en nu is vastgesteld dat installatie foutief werd uitgevoerd. Dus nu is het duidelijk waarom ze niet reageren. Met als gevolg garantie weg en ik sta in de kou!!
Are not available, do not call or email back. For years I have been trying to make clear to them that there is a flaw in the roller shutter. Have never taken action. Finally, now let another installer come and it is now established that installation was performed incorrectly. So now it is clear why they are not responding. With warranty gone and I'm out in the cold !!
