★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Réponse rapide, diagnostic au téléphone qui s'est avéré exact alors qu'un ancien chauffagiste était revenu plus de 5 fois sans agir sur la panne (mais en facturant), intervention rapide, problème réparé, prix très juste, suivi après vente (2 appels : 1 le lendemain de l'intervention, 1 une semaine après) pour vérifier que tout va bien. Je recommande à 100%.
Quick response, diagnostic over the phone which turned out to be correct even though a former heating engineer had returned more than 5 times without acting on the failure (but by invoicing), rapid intervention, problem repaired, very fair price, after-sales follow-up (2 calls: 1 the day after surgery, 1 a week later) to check that all is well. I recommend 100%.
