★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après plus de 40 ans chez Fortis Dottignies ,je suis partis chez CBCDottignies ,car chez Fortis est disparus de Dottignies, et l orsque l on appelle il faut une éternité pour avoir un conseiller et en général A Bruxelles .
Ici chez CBC nous retrouvons le service clientèle comme avant ,vous téléphoner vous avez directement un conseiller de cbc Dottignies ,un service rapide ,un service client soigner, il vous aide facilement pour les changements de banques, domiciliation et autre ,je suis ravis du personnel très accueillant, vraiment il ma fallut beaucoup de temp et de patience chez fortis mais cbc est vraiment aux dessus de tous et proche de sa clientèle donc ravis je ne partirais jamais plus chez fortis.
After more than 40 years at Fortis Dottignies, I left for CBCDottignies, because at Fortis has disappeared from Dottignies, and when you call it takes forever to have an advisor and in general in Brussels.
Here at CBC we find customer service as before, call you directly you have a cbc Dottignies advisor, fast service, neat customer service, he helps you easily for changes of banks, domiciliation and other, I am delighted with the staff very welcoming, really it took me a lot of time and patience at fortis but cbc is really above all and close to its customers so delighted i would never go to fortis again.
