★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is located adjacent to a parking garage. I needed to get change for a 20 euro note (coins) to pay for the parking. The person at the bank said he could not change the 20 euro note as I was not a customer of the bank. I guess this bank is not really interested in supporting Bruges, which is by definition a tourist town. Very poor service. Avoid as they are only interested if they can make money on every single transaction.
