La dame de l´accueil, pas professionnelle et pas du tout présentable, un maquillage de la veille, avec un vernis rose barbie qui se fait la malle. Very poorly maintained (dirty) cabin! Occupée à son téléphone et vous parle très séchement. Parcontre l'autre fille est très serviable et acceuillante. Sans cette mauvaise experience et si je ne l'aurai pas vu, j'aurai mis 5 étoiles pour la propreté et l'acceuil (de l'autre fille).
