★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is totally not recommended. The worst experience in our trip to Brussels. The lady who owns the store is ridiculously rude and has no reason whatsoever to own a coffee shop. Completely unprofessional attitude towards customers and she sent her employee to apologize for her behavior to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just stopped by for a coffee - my friend ordered an Americano and a double espresso. First of all 5€ for a double espresso is ridiculously overpriced and secondly the lady who served my friend (apparently the boss) was flat out rude! Sorry but working in hospitality requires friendly customer service - if that’s not for you, you should consider a different career!
One star for the coffee and the friendly sever who tried to make things better and apologised for his bosses behaviour - otherwise it would have been none.
