★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jysk zaventem shop assistants have no clue on how to wear a mask! When speaking to a customer they remove it fully. Might aswel not wear it at all!!! Good luck covid gamblers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered stuff for pick up. We received email that it is ready, but when we went there it was not. Not very nice since it is 40 minutes drive from our house. There was only 1 employee. Poor girl only one in the store with so many customers. Your employee deserve 10 stars as she was super nice and professional even in the obviously stressful situation. Jysk PLEASE DO BETTER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half the staff speaks french, not dutch. Like, this is Belgium and flemish brabant..go learn dutch. Second, 3 times already they don't have stock. The showroom shows a couch, but is not sold anymore. Then why still show it? Then, picking up the item is chaotic. Going all the way around and to the back of the building to pickup, but the item seems to be next to the cassiere. Like, they don't have their things sorted out it seems. Third, the mdf white tables often have small damages because of bad packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good selection of furniture and related accessories. We have ordered online and came to pick up the furniture in the store. Pick up was seamless. Although it's good to know that you need to come to the store first to get your order checked and then you need to go to the warehouse behind the store to pick up your order.
