Avant de ressortir sans même avoir été coiffé et sans un mot du personnel.... Inadmissible! No hello on arrival, no one spoke to my companion who had made an appointment but still waited for an hour alone with a bunch of people who passed him in front and without an appointment! Before leaving without even having been styled and without a word from the staff .... Inadmissible!

J'y retournerai c'est certain. A warm welcome, a great cut for really cheap and the little extra, a massage seat when you are shampooed. I will go back for sure.

Elles ont dû s'y reprendre à deux fois sur ma tête le même jour pour essayer d'avoir le résultat que je demandais. Du coup mes cheveux n'était pas comme je l'avais demandé et en plus étaient brûlés. J'aurais aimé un geste commercial mais rien n'a été fait. On m'a juste renvoyé à la maison avec un soin en échantillon. Quant au patron jamais il n'a répondu à mon message. Plus jamais je n'irai là-bas! Je ne mets pas tout le monde dans le même panier mais en tout cas la coiffeuse qui m'a prise en charge etait loin d'être une professionnelle. Le prix était attractif mais le service lui était mediocre !!! I had a very bad experience going to do my blonde highlights. I would have liked a commercial gesture but nothing was done. I was just sent home with a sample treatment. As for the boss, he never answered my message. I will never go there again! I do not put everyone in the same basket but in any case the hairdresser who took care of me was far from being a professional. The price was attractive but the service was mediocre!!!

Mes cheveux étaient encore mouillés quand je suis ortie du salon. Les coiffeuses ne lavent pas et ne désinfectent même pas les brosses entre chaque personne. Je n’y retournerai plus jamais. La seule bonne chose c’est leur gentillesse Disastrous cut! I had to cut it back home because my hair was wavy, it wasn't straight. My hair was still wet when I left the salon. The hairdressers don't even wash or sanitize the brushes between each person. I will never go back there again. The only good thing is their kindness
