★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agence sur la responsabilité de quelqu'un qui ne sais pas être professionnel. Ne répond jamais à temps les mails qu'on lui envoie, la plus part de temps il vous laisse sans réponse, pareil lorsqu'on essaie de l'avoir eu téléphone. Plus d'un an d'attente pour une deuxième clé qui n'a jamais donné. Vous lui signalez un dégât, il vous répond pas non plus. Par contre si vous avez un mois de retard, là il sera présent. Il n'enregistre pas son contrat de bail, et refuse de débloquer la garantie locative même si l'état de lieux démontre que vous le rendez en parfait état.

Agency on the responsibility of someone who does not know how to be professional. Never responds to emails sent to him on time, most of the time he leaves you unanswered, the same when trying to get him on the phone. Over a year of waiting for a second key that never gave. You report a damage to him, he does not answer you either. On the other hand, if you are a month late, he will be there. He does not register his lease contract, and refuses to release the rental guarantee even if the inventory shows that you return it in perfect condition.
Run away from this agency!
